I would like to thank you and your staff for the great work you did on my 2003 Silverado. I have never hit a deer before and I had no idea they could do so much damage to a vehicle. Thankfully we were not hurt and only the truck was a little worse for wear.
I half expected to have to deal with the insurance company, which historically has been a pain in the neck. Your partnership with American Family is phenomenal, I did not have to do anything and you and your staff made this a painless ordeal.
I love my truck and I was afraid that it would look like at some time in its life it had been in an accident. I cannot say I could be more impressed with your workmanship. This past July my family was in a rollover car accident. Our 2004 F150 truck with extended cab and built in DVD player was a wreck. Since my family only owned the truck for about two months at the time, your company fixed it. (Goodbye broken side mirrors, smashed windows, and disoriented frame!) My point is that I think the people that work for you did a wonderful job on repairing our truck and I thank you for employing such hard workers and good people.
